EXPERTISE.  Our managing attorney is a graduate of UCLA Law School and is a Certified Specialist in Bankruptcy Law.  The State Bar of California which licenses attorneys in the State of California allows members of the bar to become Certified Specialists in certain areas of the law.  These members must meet extensive experience requirements, pass a rigorous written examination, and receive recommendation from other lawyers and judges to become certified as a specialist in the area of bankruptcy law.  As of January 2010, there were 226,388 attorneys licensed to practice in the State of California.  Out of those attorneys, only 108 (less than 1 out of 2,000 attorneys) were certified specialists in the area of bankruptcy law. 

EXPERIENCE.  Our managing attorney is nearly 20 years experience and has handled and successfully filed hundreds of cases.  However, the quantity of cases alone is not an accurate measurement of the quality of legal care you will receive.  Our firm is not a "bankruptcy mill" that churns out thousands of bankruptcy cases.  Care and attention is given to each individual case so that your experience as a debtor is a postive one.
